I work at the intersection of people, technology and creativity. As digital platforms and AI reshape how organisations operate and how content is made, distributed and discovered, I help leaders anticipate change and respond in ways that serves the purpose of the organisation.
That work has spanned education, museums and many years at the ABC, across podcasting, television, AI and corporate strategy. I’m particularly motivated by work that supports emerging talent and helps large, complex organisations build the conditions for long-term relevance and public value.
What I do
I work with leaders and teams to make sense of change, translating ambition into practical strategy and action.
I provide strategic advice and hands-on support across:
AI strategy & readiness
- Board and executive briefings on AI risks and opportunities
- AI governance and responsible adoption frameworks
- Opportunity mapping and prioritisation
- Pilot design and adoption planning
- Aligning AI initiatives with organisational strategy and capability
Digital, audience & platforms
- Digital and audience strategy
- Opportunity spotting and scenario planning in response to technology and audience change
- Content and distribution strategy across platforms
- Project-based or interim strategic support during periods of change
My work is typically advisory and project-based, and shaped to the needs of each organisation.
How I work
- As a strategic sounding board for leaders and executives
- Working alongside existing teams building capability
- Translating complexity, research and discussion into clear priorities
- MCing events and running workshops
- Advising on approaches to pilots to build momentum
- Balancing innovation with practicality, trust and public value
Experience
I bring more than 20 years of senior experience across digital, content and innovation roles, most recently at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
I began working on AI in 2019 through early exploration of voice technologies and large-scale datasets at the ABC. From 2021, I led organisation-wide research and executive briefings on AI and machine learning, established and chaired a cross-functional AI governance group, and oversaw pilots across translation, transcription, text-to-voice and workflows. My focus has consistently been on responsible adoption, aligning experimentation, capability-building and operational change with editorial standards, risk management and long-term strategy.
My background spans new platforms and emerging technology, social, podcasting, product management and content strategy, with extensive experience working with boards, executives and cross-functional teams. I’ve led organisation-wide innovation initiatives, supported major digital transformations.
I’m President of the board of fbi.radio, well connected in the Australian arts and culture scene and the globally in media innovation.

I work with a mix of organisations and people, including:
- Public-facing organisations navigating digital or AI change
- Large organisations with strong in-house teams seeking external perspective
- Leaders looking for clarity, momentum and trusted advice
- Media, cultural and arts organisations
