I work at the intersection of people, technology and creativity. As digital platforms reshape how content is made, distributed and discovered, my work focuses on the strategic side of media, helping organisations anticipate change and respond in ways that deliver audience growth and satisfaction.
That work has spanned education, museums and many years at the ABC, across podcasting, television, AI and corporate strategy. I’m particularly motivated by work that supports emerging talent and helps large, complex organisations build the conditions for long-term relevance and public value.

I work with leaders and teams to make sense of change, translating ambition into practical strategy and action across digital, audience and emerging technology.
I provide strategic advice and hands-on support across:

- Opportunity spotting and scenario planning in response to technology and audience change
- Content and distribution strategy across platforms
- Responsible and ethical AI approaches

Experience
I bring more than 20 years of senior experience across digital, content and innovation roles, most recently at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
My background spans new platforms and emerging technology, social, audio, product management and content strategy, with extensive experience working with boards, executives and cross-functional teams. I’ve led organisation-wide innovation initiatives, supported major digital transformations.
I’m President of the board of fbi.radio, well connected in the Australian arts and culture scene and the globally in media innovation.
